Kilmore Diocesan Online Pilgrimage to Knock – Sunday 20 June 2021

The Kilmore Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock will take place this Sunday, 20 June 2021.

People from across the diocese are invited to participate in the ceremonies from their homes again this year, as the capacity for public Masses at Knock Basilica is currently restricted to 200 people.

Last March, Pope Francis gave Knock a special status when he elevated it to an International Marian and Eucharistic Shrine.

Ceremonies on Sunday will begin with the Rosary at 2:30pm, followed by Mass and Benediction at 3pm. The pilgrimage will be streamed live on www.knockshrine.ie/watch-live and broadcast on Radio Maria (Saorview TV Channel 210).

The Dromore Diocese will also hold their pilgrimage along with us.

Bishop Martin Hayes will be the main Celebrant and Homilist: “Trusting in the Good Lord who brings calm amid the storms of life and in Our Lady of Knock who intercedes for us always”.
