Preparing for Advent Diocesan Workshop
Advent is a time of waiting, hope and preparation for the coming of Christ at Christmas. A practical workshop to help our parishes prepare for this special season will take place soon in the Kilmore Pastoral Centre. It will offer simple ideas to enrich our prayer and parish celebrations.
Fr. Turlough Baxter from the Diocese of Ardagh & Clonmacnois will host a workshop on preparing for Advent in our parishes at the Kilmore Diocesan Pastoral Centre on Saturday 7 November 2026 from 10:30a.m. to 12:30p.m. The workshop will explore practical ways to make Advent a meaningful time of preparation for Christmas.
Everyone with an interest in parish life and liturgy is warmly welcome.
No registration is required; just turn up on the day.
