Donations

“The building, which houses the Centre, is an architectural gem which was designed by William Hague, and is one hundred and forty years old this year. It was extensively refurbished to fit it for its new role as home to the Diocesan Pastoral Centre about 10 years ago but the roof, which is the original roof of the building, now needs renewal. This is in addition to the regular maintenance which is relatively high on a building of its vintage. It is, of course, a cut stone building and also a protected structure so the insurance costs are very high also. I would like to take this opportunity to appeal for donations for the upkeep of the Centre, particularly for the maintenance of the building. I appeal especially to those considering making bequests in their wills to remember this worthy cause.”     Bishop Leo O’Reilly

All donations and bequests will be gratefully received and may be forwarded to the Director of the Diocesan Pastoral Centre at any time.  Receipts will be issued for donations received.
