Bishop Martin offers this Sunday’s Synodal Reflection
This Sunday, Bishop Martin Hayes from the Diocese of Kilmore contemplates how Jeremiah, reassured by God’s love, was eventually able to reveal a covenant between God and our ancestors in faith. As Jeremiah was sustained by God’s love, so Jesus came amongst us to assure each one of us, “Why, every hair on our head has been counted” and that we can, therefore, journey onwards away from the comfort of the known into the unknown, without fear, in the sure hope that “everything that is now covered, will be uncovered, and everything now hidden will be made clear.”
