+ Born – 19 December 1939, son of Bernard Boylan and Gertrude Sheridan, Kilnaleck in the parish of Crosserlough

+ Ordained to the Priesthood – 9 June 1996

+ Appointed CC in Killargue – 1996

+ Appointed CC in Bruskey – 2000

Appointed CC in Teemore – 2005

+ Appointed CC in Kill – 2010

Appointed Priest in Residence in Bruskey – 2014

+ Retired – 2018

+ Returned to the House of the Father – Tuesday 15 June 2021

Sadly missed by his sisters Grainne and Carol, brothers Brian and Garry, sisters in law Patty and Agnes, brother in law Michael, nieces, nephews, Bishop Martin Hayes, Bishop-Emeritus Leo O`Reilly and his fellow clergy of the Diocese of Kilmore, extended family, neighbours, former parishioners and friends.

Bishop Martin Hayes was the celebrant and homilist at Fr. Noel’s Funeral Mass on Thursday 17 June 2021 in St. Patrick’s Church, Kilnaleck with burial afterwards in Mullaghboy Cemetery, Bruskey.
