Heavenly Father, we thank you for the gift of your servant and priest, Fr Oliver, whom you made a minister of your mysteries on earth.
We thank you for his faithful service and ministry, the sacraments he administered, and the example of his life.
May he now hear your voice saying to him, ‘Come, good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of your Lord’.
Through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary and all the saints, grant him the reward of his labours and the joy of eternal light and may he now rejoice in the full knowledge of your truth in heaven
This we ask through Jesus Christ Your Son, our Lord. Amen.
May the peace and joy of heaven be his and may those who mourn for him be comforted.
Requiescat in pace.
