PASTORAL ASSISTANT REQUIRED FOR ANNALEE PASTORAL AREA
Pastoral Assistant Required For the Annalee Pastoral Area:
This Pastoral Area consists of the Parishes of Annagh (Belturbet), Castletara (Ballyhaise) and Drumlane in the Diocese of Kilmore.
The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed term contract and will be required to:
- Work in conjunction with the Priests, Teachers and Pastoral Councils and each school in the Pastoral Area to organise pre-sacramental preparation programmes.
- Work with the parents/guardians of children receiving sacraments.
- Contribute to the development of Adult Faith Formation Programmes for the wider community.
Ideally, Candidates should have a Degree in Theology or equivalent qualification, some relevant experience, possibly teaching experience, current driving licence and use of a car.
