PRAYER FOR COP26 CLIMATE SUMMIT
Blessed are you God of all Creation
for through your goodness all things are made.
You create us in your image and likeness
And call us forth to be stewards of your creation.
We seek your forgiveness for we know that we have acted
in ways that cause harm to each other and to our common home.
We ask that you inspire all political leaders at COP26 to take decisive action
in responding to the cries of the earth, the poor and the youth.
There is nothing we cannot do in you who strengthens and guides us
and so we ask that you enlighten our minds to do what is true and honourable.
Praise be to you!
