SUCCESSFUL LITURGY WORKSHOP IN GLENFARNE: There was a large attendance at the recent Liturgy Workshop held in St. Michael’s National School in Glenfarne last Tuesday night. Fr. Turlough Baxter, CC Athlone and a priest of the diocese of Ardagh and Clonmacnois, facilitated the workshop which was on the theme of preparing for Advent and Christmas. Our thanks to Fr. John Quinn, Adm., Glenfarne and his team for all their help with hosting the workshop and for the hospitality provided afterwards.
The second seasonal workshop will take place in the Kilmore Diocesan Pastoral Centre, Cullies, Cavan, on Tuesday 28 November at 7:30p.m. and will be facilitated by Jane Ferguson from the National Council of Liturgy in Maynooth. All welcome.
