Synodal Sunday Reflection – 15 October 2023
Peter Siney reflects on this Sunday’s Gospel where we encounter Jesus telling a story about a King who invites people to a wedding feast. Peter invites us to consider how we hear the invitation to synodality or who might we invite to join us on this synodal journey, to walk together. Peter also reminds us that synodality is not just about the invitation or making a response; that we have to choose to participate, to take part.
Peter is the Faith Development Coordinator for Adult Faith and Pastoral Councils in the Archdiocese of Dublin and is a Member of the Dublin Diocesan Synod Steering Committee.
