Synodal Sunday Reflection – 8 October 2023
Fr Kieran McDermott reflects on this Sunday’s Gospel which surfaces the centrality of prayer in synodality and the invitation from God to all the baptised to become involved, using the variety of gifts given to us as a community and individually.
Fr Kieran is the Administrator of St Mary’s Pro-Cathedral and the Vicar Forane for the North Inner-City Deanery. He is Chair of the Dublin Diocesan Synodal Steering Committee, Episcopal Vicar for Ecumenism and the Co-Secretary of the Irish Inter-Church Meeting.
