WYD Pilgrims Return Home
Our World Youth Day pilgrims from the Diocese of Kilmore returned to Dublin Airport from Poland just after midnight tired but safe and well.
We thank them for their witness, for giving off their time and energy, for being worthy ambassadors of the young people in our diocese.
We pray for them and for all the youth and young adults of the Diocese of Kilmore.
Give them knowledge, courage and a willing heart
to be the disciples of today,
to learn God’s will,
to share God’s message and to be God’s people,
to know, to love and to serve with youthful zeal.
Bless them with happiness, friendship, love, laughter, peace, hope, faith, achievement and direction.
We thank Bishop Leo for leading the pilgrimage, Carina McGinnell (our Diocesan Director for Youth and Young Adult Ministry), Fr. Rafal Siwek for his invaluable contribution before, during and after the pilgrimage, Fr. Seán Maguire, and everyone who supported the pilgrimage by prayer or by practical, moral and/or financial support.
